The Ubiquiti UniFi G3 Touch Enterprise UTP-G3-Touch-Enterprise is a premium desktop smartphone designed for UniFi Talk and integrated UniFi communications environments. It combines a 7-inch HD multi-touch display with an integrated 5MP privacy-shutter camera, dual Gigabit Ethernet, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NFC and high-performance speakerphone hardware. An octa-core ARM Cortex-A53 processor, 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage provide the hardware platform for responsive communications and UniFi application integration, while PoE+ and USB-C powering provide flexible installation options.

7-Inch HD Touch Display

The G3 Touch Enterprise features a 7-inch multi-touch display with a 1280 × 800 HD resolution. An anti-glare surface treatment helps improve visibility while the touchscreen interface provides intuitive access to calling and compatible UniFi application functions.

Integrated 5MP Camera

An integrated 5MP camera provides a resolution of 2592 × 1944 for compatible video communication functions. The camera incorporates an embedded privacy shutter, allowing the lens to be physically covered when video functionality is not required.

Powerful Processing Platform

An octa-core ARM Cortex-A53 processor is paired with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. This hardware platform supports the phone's touchscreen interface, communications functionality and integration with the UniFi application ecosystem.

Flexible Wired and Wireless Connectivity

The G3 Touch Enterprise provides two Gigabit Ethernet RJ45 interfaces together with 802.11a/b/g/n/ac Wi-Fi. Bluetooth 4.2 is available for general-purpose wireless connectivity, while Bluetooth 5.2 supports the compatible Ubiquiti G3 Wireless Handset. NFC functionality is also integrated for supported applications.

High-Performance Speakerphone

Dual omnidirectional MEMS microphones capture hands-free audio, while two integrated 3W speakers provide speakerphone output. The ergonomic handset includes an omnidirectional electret condenser microphone and a standard wideband-capable receiver. A dedicated mute button provides quick control during calls.

Headset Connectivity

A standard 3.5mm audio interface allows compatible wired headsets to be connected directly to the phone, providing an additional option for private or hands-free calling.

PoE+ and USB-C Power

The phone can be powered through its Ethernet connection using PoE+ or from a compatible USB-C power source. This flexibility allows the unit to be integrated into PoE-enabled network infrastructure or powered separately where required. Maximum power consumption is rated at 11W.

UniFi Talk Integration

The G3 Touch Enterprise is designed for seamless operation with UniFi Talk and supports Talk Relay. This enables it to form part of an integrated UniFi communications deployment while providing support for compatible third-party PBX integration through Talk Relay.
