The Ubiquiti airMAX Bullet AC B-DB-AC is a compact dual-band outdoor wireless radio designed for flexible point-to-point and point-to-multipoint wireless networking. Supporting both 2.4GHz and 5GHz frequency bands, it delivers more than 160Mbps throughput on 2.4GHz and more than 300Mbps on 5GHz. Its direct N-Type antenna connection, Gigabit Ethernet interface, passive PoE powering and UISP compatibility make it a versatile solution for WISP, outdoor wireless and custom antenna deployments.

Dual-Band Wireless Operation

The B-DB-AC supports both 2.4GHz and 5GHz wireless operation, providing deployment flexibility across different spectrum environments. Worldwide operating ranges cover 2400–2483.5MHz and 5150–5875MHz, subject to local regulatory requirements.

airMAX AC Performance

Ubiquiti rates total wireless throughput at more than 160Mbps on the 2.4GHz band and more than 300Mbps on 5GHz. airMAX AC mode provides optimised wireless performance for compatible Ubiquiti outdoor networking deployments.

External Antenna Flexibility

An integrated N-Type antenna connector allows the Bullet AC to connect directly to compatible external antennas. This makes it particularly useful for custom wireless installations where antenna gain, beamwidth and coverage pattern need to be selected according to the link design.

Gigabit Ethernet and Passive PoE

A single Gigabit Ethernet RJ45 interface carries both network traffic and passive PoE power. The radio accepts 20–27V DC passive PoE and has a maximum power consumption of 7W. A compatible 24V Gigabit PoE adapter is required and is sold separately.

Flexible Network Management

The Bullet AC supports Access Point and Station modes and includes network services such as bridging, routing, DHCP, SNMP, SSH and web-based management. Traffic shaping and WMM-based QoS provide additional control for prioritising network traffic.
