Random read performance of up to 200,000 IOPS and random write performance of up to 250,000 IOPS helps the SSD respond efficiently to workloads involving numerous smaller files, applications and operating-system processes.

3D NAND and 400 TBW Endurance

The 110S uses 3D NAND flash and is rated for up to 400 TBW in this 1TB configuration. An MTBF rating of 2,000,000 hours and a drive-writes-per-day rating of 0.2 over five years further support dependable everyday operation in compatible systems.

Built-In SSD Technologies

Support for S.M.A.R.T. monitoring helps track drive health, while Advanced Garbage Collection helps maintain efficient flash storage operation. LDPC error-correction coding contributes to data integrity and SSD reliability. The 110S is a DRAM-less SSD and does not include a dedicated DRAM cache.
