The Synology RackStation RS1226+ is a compact 2U 8-bay rackmount NAS designed for business file storage, backup, data protection and demanding edge or branch-office deployments. Powered by a 2.2GHz AMD Ryzen V1500B quad-core processor and 4GB of ECC memory, it combines reliable business-class performance with dual 2.5GbE networking, built-in M.2 NVMe SSD cache slots and optional 10GbE or 25GbE connectivity. Its short-depth chassis makes it particularly well suited to space-constrained server rooms and network cabinets.
