The Snom M6 DECT Repeater extends the wireless coverage of compatible Snom DECT systems across larger buildings, multiple floors and areas with gaps in reception. It works with supported single-cell and multicell installations without requiring a LAN connection, helping users remain connected as they move through the extended coverage area.

Extend Your DECT Coverage

The M6 increases the transmission and reception range between compatible Snom DECT base stations and handsets. It only requires a suitable power socket within radio range of the base station or preceding repeater, making it a practical way to improve coverage where installing an additional network connection is inconvenient.

With two internal omnidirectional antennas and support for wideband audio, the Snom M6 is suitable for extending DECT coverage through offices, warehouses, hotels and other indoor business environments. Multiple repeaters can be arranged in a chain to reach locations beyond the range of the original base station.

Important Deployment Information

The M6 must remain within DECT radio range of its associated base station or the preceding repeater in the chain. It extends radio coverage but cannot connect two separate base stations in a multicell system and should not be used as a bridge between them.

Building materials, interference, base-station positioning and the surrounding environment may affect the available operating range. Confirm firmware and system compatibility before installation.
