Features

Cordless DECT Convenience

The HD331 includes a cordless DECT handset, allowing hotel guests to move freely around the room while remaining connected. Up to three additional Snom HD3 handsets can be added, providing support for up to four handsets in total for larger rooms and suites.

Designed for Hospitality Environments

The phone is purpose-built for hotel and guest-room use, with a clean interface, dedicated call controls and programmable speed-dial keys that can provide direct access to services such as reception, room service or other hotel facilities.

Gigabit Ethernet and PoE

The HD331 connects to the network through a Gigabit Ethernet RJ45 interface and receives power using IEEE 802.3af Class 2 Power over Ethernet. This allows both network connectivity and power to be delivered through a single Ethernet cable, helping simplify hotel-room installations.

Wideband HD Audio

Wideband audio support provides clear voice reproduction through the cordless handset and integrated speakerphone, helping improve call clarity for guests and hotel staff.

Quick Access Controls

The handset includes a backlit standard telephone keypad, volume rocker, speakerphone, mute, hold and message controls, together with three programmable function keys for convenient speed dialling.

Antibacterial Housing

The housing is designed with antibacterial properties to help reduce bacterial growth and simplify routine cleaning, making it well suited to hospitality environments where devices may be used by different guests over time.

Centralised IP Management

The HD331 supports SIP, VLAN and web-based configuration as well as Snom's Secure Redirection and Provisioning Service for centralised deployment and administration across larger hotel installations.
