The Snom HD100 is a slim, modern corded SIP telephone designed for hotel rooms, guest accommodation and other hospitality environments. It combines straightforward calling controls with Power over Ethernet, centralised administration and customisable labelling, helping properties provide guests with simple access to reception, room service and other essential facilities.

Designed for Guest-Room Communication

The clear layout makes everyday functions easy to find and use. Guests can make calls through the corded handset or use the dedicated speakerphone function, while mute, volume, emergency and message controls provide convenient access to frequently needed features.

A large red LED on the telephone base provides a clear visual indication of incoming calls and waiting messages. A separate red LED on the handset indicates when mute is active.

Customisable for Your Property

The telephone base features four programmable speed-dial keys, while the handset provides two additional programmable keys. These can be configured for useful destinations such as reception, reservations, room service or other hotel facilities.

The faceplate can be customised with hotel branding, room information and dialling instructions, helping the phone blend into the guest-room experience while keeping important services easy to identify. Customised faceplate inserts are available separately and are not included with the telephone.

Practical Installation and Central Management

Power over Ethernet allows the HD100 to receive power and network connectivity through its Ethernet connection when connected to a compatible PoE network. This can reduce the need for a separate power socket at the bedside or desk. An optional Snom power adaptor may be used where PoE is unavailable, but it is sold separately.

The phone supports desktop, nightstand and wall-mounted installation. Configuration is available through a voice menu and web user interface, while Snom’s provisioning tools support centralised deployment, configuration and monitoring across multiple rooms.

Suitable for Hospitality Environments

The sturdy gunmetal-black housing is treated with an antibacterial finish and is designed to be easy to clean. The handset is also hearing-aid compatible, helping properties provide more accessible guest-room communication.
