Shelly The Pill Compact Type-C Temperature and Humidity Monitor
The Shelly The Pill is an ultra-compact, USB-C powered Wi-Fi and Bluetooth sensor reader designed for environmental monitoring and low-voltage automation. Connect a compatible external sensor to monitor temperature or humidity in living spaces, server cabinets, greenhouses, water systems and other suitable indoor applications. Its Shelly Gen3 platform also supports local actions, schedules, scripting and integration with compatible automation systems.
Important: The Pill does not contain a built-in temperature or humidity sensor. Temperature monitoring requires a compatible DS18B20 sensor, while combined temperature and humidity monitoring requires a DHT22 sensor. External sensors and optional add-ons may be sold separately.

Compact Environmental Monitoring
Pair The Pill with a DHT22 sensor to monitor temperature and relative humidity in rooms, storage areas, server cabinets, warehouses or greenhouses. Readings can be viewed through the Shelly Smart Control app and used as triggers for compatible heating, cooling, ventilation or humidification automations.
Multi-Point Temperature Monitoring
A compatible DS18B20 probe can be used to measure temperature in aquariums, pools, water tanks, boilers and other suitable applications. With the optional 1-to-5 splitter, a single Pill can receive readings from as many as five DS18B20 temperature probes for multi-point monitoring.
More Than a Temperature Monitor
The configurable add-on interface allows The Pill to work with selected digital inputs, digital outputs and analogue sensors. It includes a built-in 0–2.5 V DC voltmeter, while optional Shelly add-ons can extend voltage measurement to 30 V or provide control of compatible low-voltage loads.
