16A Dry Contact Relay

The Shelly Pro 1 provides one potential-free relay output rated for switching resistive AC loads up to 16A at 240V. Because the relay contacts are electrically isolated from the device's own power supply, it can be used across a wide range of compatible AC control applications.

Professional DIN-Rail Installation

The Pro 1 is designed for DIN-rail installation inside compatible electrical distribution boards and control cabinets. Its narrow 19mm width helps conserve space while keeping smart control hardware securely mounted alongside other electrical equipment.

Ethernet, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth

Integrated RJ45 Ethernet provides reliable wired network connectivity, while Wi-Fi and Bluetooth offer flexible setup and control options. LAN and Wi-Fi can also be used simultaneously for additional network resilience.

Local and Cloud Automation

The relay supports local control through its embedded web interface as well as Shelly Smart Control, MQTT, webhooks and scripting. Up to 20 schedules can be configured for automated switching without requiring constant cloud connectivity.

KNXnet/IP Support

KNXnet/IP communication support allows the Shelly Pro 1 to integrate into compatible KNX-based building automation systems, expanding its suitability for professional smart-building applications.

Enhanced Safety and Protection

An internal temperature sensor provides thermal monitoring, while the enclosure uses flame-retardant materials designed for professional electrical installations. Shelly also supports secure communication with TLS 1.2.

• The current Shelly Pro 1 v.1 supports AC switching only.
• The current version does not support 12V DC power input or DC load switching.
• A neutral connection is required for powering the device.
• Installation inside distribution boards should be carried out by a qualified electrician.
