The Shelly BLU Motion ZB is a compact, battery-powered motion and ambient light sensor designed for responsive smart home automations. Its PIR sensor detects movement, while the integrated light sensor helps connected devices respond according to the brightness of the room. Zigbee 3.0 and Bluetooth 5 LE connectivity provide flexible integration with compatible Shelly devices, gateways and smart home platforms.

Flexible Smart Home Integration

The sensor can work with compatible Zigbee 3.0 hubs or use Bluetooth through BTHome. It supports Shelly Plus, Pro, Gen3 and Gen4 devices, as well as platforms such as Home Assistant and the Shelly Smart Control app when used with a suitable gateway.

AES encryption in CCM mode helps protect communication between compatible devices. Optional LED feedback can also be configured through the Shelly app.
