Fast Door and Window Detection

The Shelly BLU Door/Window Sensor detects changes in door or window position and broadcasts the open or closed state to compatible Shelly devices and gateways, allowing automations to react quickly to access events.

Tilt Angle Monitoring

An integrated G-sensor measures the inclination angle of compatible tilt-and-turn windows, allowing automations to distinguish between fully closed, opened and tilted ventilation positions.

Ambient Light Measurement

The built-in light sensor measures surrounding illumination levels, allowing lighting and energy-saving automations to respond to both occupancy events and ambient brightness.

Up to 5 Years Battery Life

The sensor operates from a single replaceable CR2032 battery and provides up to approximately five years of battery life under normal use, reducing maintenance requirements.

Compact Low-Profile Design

The main sensor measures only 35 x 35 x 7mm and the magnet measures 35 x 12 x 7mm, allowing discreet installation on windows, doors, cupboards and other access points.

Shelly Smart Automation

The sensor can be used in Shelly scenes and automation routines, such as turning off heating when a window opens, activating lights when a door is opened or triggering security notifications.
