SA Filament SBS Filament 1Kg – Silver (SAF-SBS-A21) is a premium engineering-grade 3D printing filament developed for users who need strong, durable parts with a smooth, glossy finish. Manufactured in South Africa, SBS (Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene) combines excellent impact resistance with slight flexibility, making it ideal for functional prototypes, mechanical components, jigs, fixtures, enclosures, and end-use parts. Compared to ABS, SBS is easier to print with less warping and lower odour, while offering superior surface quality and excellent layer adhesion. It can also be chemically smoothed using acetone vapour or D-Limonene to achieve a professional, injection-moulded appearance, making it suitable for both functional and aesthetic applications.
