Print durable, impact-resistant, and slightly flexible functional parts with SA Filament SBS (Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene) in Black. Proudly manufactured in South Africa, this premium engineering-grade filament combines the rigidity of polystyrene with the toughness and flexibility of butadiene rubber, offering an excellent balance between strength, resilience, and ease of printing. It is ideal for functional prototypes, automotive components, protective covers, containers, jigs, fixtures, and consumer products that require greater durability than standard PLA.

SBS is known for its excellent layer adhesion, low odour, smooth glossy finish, and low warping, making it easier to print than many engineering materials such as ABS. It can also be post-processed using D-Limonene or acetone vapour to achieve an even smoother, premium-looking finish. Manufactured with a precise 1.75mm diameter, the filament is vacuum-sealed to protect against moisture and is compatible with most FDM/FFF 3D printers that support SBS materials.
