The Poly Calisto P7200 is a portable Bluetooth and USB speakerphone designed for small-group conference rooms and flexible meeting spaces. Four directional MEMS microphones provide 360-degree coverage with voice pickup up to approximately 3 metres, while full-duplex audio, NoiseBlock processing and echo cancellation help participants communicate more naturally.

Designed for Small-Group Meeting Rooms

The Calisto P7200 is designed to transform a desk, huddle space or small meeting room into a group conferencing area. Its four-microphone directional array supports conversations with up to approximately six participants seated around the speakerphone.

Four Directional Microphones

Four directional MEMS microphones work together to provide 360-degree horizontal pickup. The array focuses on the direction of the active speaker while helping reduce unwanted sound from other areas of the room.

The microphone system provides voice pickup up to approximately 3 metres under suitable room conditions, with noise and reverberation rejection to support clearer group conversations.

Bluetooth and USB Connectivity

Bluetooth 4.1 allows the P7200 to pair wirelessly with compatible smartphones, tablets and computers. For a direct computer connection, the speakerphone can also be connected using a Micro-USB-to-USB-A cable.

Bluetooth Multi-Device Support

The P7200 can remember up to ten paired Bluetooth devices and remain connected to as many as two devices. Audio is transmitted from one Bluetooth device at a time, and users can change sources by stopping audio on one connected device and starting it on the other.

A dedicated Bluetooth clearing function removes stored devices when preparing the speakerphone for another meeting or user.

Full-Duplex Group Audio

Full-duplex operation allows participants on both sides of a compatible call to speak and be heard simultaneously. Acoustic echo cancellation helps manage reflected sound, while digital signal processing supports clear voice reproduction.

NoiseBlock and Reverberation Reduction

Poly NoiseBlock processing helps remove distracting background sound when no one is speaking. The directional microphone array also provides reverberation rejection to improve voice intelligibility in small rooms with reflective surfaces.

Up to 6.5 Hours of Talk Time

The built-in rechargeable battery provides up to 6.5 hours of wireless talk time. Charging takes approximately three to six hours, depending on the remaining battery level and power source.

The speakerphone can also operate while connected to USB. To preserve battery power, it automatically switches off after ten minutes of inactivity when it is not connected to an external power source.

Touch-Sensitive Controls:

Illuminated touch controls provide easy access to common call and audio functions.

The Calisto P7200 carries an IP64 dust- and water-resistance rating, providing protection against dust ingress and accidental liquid splashes. This does not make the speakerphone suitable for immersion in water.

Meeting-Room Security

A locking mechanism and security cable option help keep the P7200 in position in shared meeting rooms. This provides additional protection against the speakerphone being accidentally removed from its designated workspace.
