The Poly Calisto P5300 is a portable Bluetooth speakerphone designed for professional calls, virtual meetings and multimedia. This UC package includes the Poly BT600 USB-A Bluetooth adapter for a dedicated wireless computer connection, while built-in Bluetooth 5.0 allows the speakerphone to pair directly with compatible smartphones and tablets.

BT600 Adapter Included

The supplied Poly BT600 plugs into a compatible computer’s USB-A port and arrives pre-paired with the Calisto P5300. This provides a dedicated wireless connection for computer audio and supported softphone call controls without relying on the computer’s built-in Bluetooth hardware.

The BT600 adapter is included with manufacturer part number 215496-01 and should not be confused with Calisto 5300 packages supplied without an adapter.

Three Flexible Connection Options:

360-Degree Voice Pickup

A digital MEMS omnidirectional microphone provides 360-degree pickup around the speakerphone. The rated voice pickup distance is approximately 1 metre, making the Calisto P5300 suitable for personal conferencing or close-range conversations with a small number of participants.

Full-Duplex Audio

Full-duplex operation allows both sides of a compatible call to speak and be heard at the same time. Built-in echo cancellation helps reduce reflected sound and supports more natural conversation during calls and online meetings.

Clear Calls and Multimedia

The amplified speaker offers a broad 150 Hz–20 kHz frequency response for speech, video, podcasts and music. The microphone provides a 100 Hz–7.5 kHz frequency response for professional voice communication.

Up to 16 Hours of Talk Time

The rechargeable 1,000 mAh lithium-ion polymer battery provides up to 16 hours of wireless talk time. A complete charge takes approximately 3.5 hours, while the integrated USB-A cable allows the speakerphone to operate in wired mode during longer working sessions.

Dedicated controls provide convenient access to common functions without requiring users to return to the communications application.

• Answer or end supported calls.
• Place a supported call on hold by pressing the call button for two seconds.

• Power the device on or enter Bluetooth pairing mode.

Clear Visual and Voice Alerts

Visual indicators display connection, call and mute status. Configurable voice prompts provide battery, power, pairing and microphone information, helping users understand the speakerphone’s current state without checking the connected device.

Dynamic Mute Alert

Dynamic Mute can notify the user when speech is detected while the microphone is muted. This helps prevent delays caused by talking without first restoring the microphone.

Designed for Unified Communications

This is the standard UC version of the Calisto P5300. It is intended for use with supported unified communications and softphone applications, although individual call-control functions can vary by platform and may require compatible Poly software.

This model does not include the dedicated Microsoft Teams button fitted to Calisto 5300-M variants.
