Smart U-Turn Detection

By detecting the U-shape tracks of people flow, the sensor's accuracy is guaranteed to avoid unnecessary people counting. For example, it filters out redundant counting of people wandering the area to filter out people who don't truly enter the premises.

People Flow Analysis

It allows setting a region of interest with a maximum of four sides. The people moving in different directions will be detected and counted, which is greatly helpful for people flow analysis and hot area statistics, especially in retail stores, shopping malls, supermarkets, etc.

Dwell Time Detection

With its precise foot traffic monitoring capabilities, the VS121 offers valuable insights to enhance management in a variety businesses such as banks, retail stores, and gyms, enabling actionable insights to make informed decisions and optimize operations.

Higher Ceiling Mount

Breaking the barrier of the limited installation, the optional higher ceiling mount version is available to be deployed at a height of up to 7m. It is ideal for high-ceiling applications like retail stores and shopping centers, bringing flexible scenario adaptability to enhance practicability.

Large Detection Area

Milesight VS121 features an ultra-wide field of view, enabling large-area detection. The standard version can cover up to 127.84m² at a height of 4 meters with a single device, while the high-mount version can cover up to 77m² at a height of 7 meters with a single device. Users can choose the appropriate version based on their specific application scenarios, thereby reducing the number of detection devices required and achieving cost reduction and efficiency enhancement.

Up to 16 customized regions can be set for precise detection. Every region is independent. They are able to detect and trigger alarms individually, which satisfies specific application demands to truly accomplish customization. Moreover, the schedule can be set for more flexible and tailored performance.

Milesight D2D
Communication

The exclusive Milesight LoRa®-based protocol allows VS121 to easily communicate with other Milesight LoRaWAN® devices without the involvement of network infrastructures. The facilities like lights can be intelligently switched through the linkage to realize accurate, timely, and automatic responses, saving energy for management staff.
