Microsoft Windows 11 Home to Pro Upgrade for Microsoft 365 Business - Perpetual License

This license is for internal business use only and cannot be resold, transferred, or distributed to third parties.

Please note the perpetual license offering is strictly for business use. The user purchasing the perpetual license will require an active Microsoft 365 Business Subscription.

• Microsoft does allow this upgrade as part of the Business Standard and Business Premium licensing benefits. The device must have a valid, activated Home edition installed.
• Azure AD Join is the trigger mechanism. Devices joined to a traditional Active Directory (without hybrid Azure AD Join) would not be eligible.
• The add-on benefit applies across the tenant, and the Pro upgrade is tied to the device – it is non-transferable once assigned.
• It is effectively perpetual in practice for the device that has been upgraded, but Microsoft states that the device must continue to be managed through Azure AD for the license terms to remain compliant.

Microsoft CSP Perpetual
In the perpetual licensing program licenses only (L-only) are provided. There’s no option to add Software Assurance (SA). CSP Perpetual requires a one-time upfront purchase in contrast to traditional CSP being a monthly subscription model. The perpetual software licenses in CSP include popular desktop tools such as Visio, Project and the Office Suites as well as the Office components – e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Also included are infrastructure servers such as Windows Server, SQL Server.

• A 24-hour provisioning window applies during normal working office hours Monday to Friday 8am-5pm.
• License will be linked to your Microsoft tenant whereby you will need to login and assign the license to the relevant user.
