Extend high-speed USB Type-C connectivity over longer distances with the LinkQnet SCDC-3120 Active Optical Cable. Designed for data transmission between compatible USB-C host and peripheral devices, this 15m cable supports USB 3.2 Gen 2x1 transfer speeds of up to 10Gbps using a hybrid copper and OM3 multimode-fibre construction.
10Gbps USB Data over 15 Metres
The SCDC-3120 supports USB 3.2 Gen 2x1 data transfer speeds of up to 10Gbps, providing an extended connection for compatible USB Type-C devices. It is also backwards compatible with USB 2.0 and USB 1.1 devices for added flexibility.
Active Optical Fibre Transmission
The cable combines copper conductors with OM3 multimode optical fibre to maintain reliable high-speed data transmission across its 15m length. Its hybrid optical design also helps resist electromagnetic interference and reduce electromagnetic radiation in electrically demanding environments.
Unidirectional Host-to-Device Design
The cable features clearly labelled Host and Device connectors to simplify installation. It is unidirectional and must be connected with the Host end at the computer or controlling device and the Device end at the remote USB peripheral.
