Responsive Multi-Touch Collaboration

The interactive surface supports up to 50 simultaneous touch points, allowing multiple participants to write or work on the board together. Typical touch accuracy of ±1 mm and support for objects from 2 mm in diameter help provide a natural writing and annotation experience.

The 3.2 mm protective glass is tempered, anti-glare and shatter-resistant. This helps protect the panel while reducing distracting reflections in brightly illuminated classrooms and meeting rooms.

Creative Whiteboard Tools

LG CreateBoard provides digital writing, drawing, zooming and rotation functions for lessons, brainstorming and presentations. Templates and tools such as rulers, tables and sticky notes can help educators and meeting participants organise information directly on the board.

Files can be imported from or saved to supported Google Drive and Microsoft OneDrive accounts. Completed materials can also be shared by email or transferred to a personal device using a QR code, subject to the required account and network configuration.

The CreateBoard runs Android 14 with EDLA certification and is powered by an octa-core processor, 8 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal storage. This integrated platform supports compatible applications, whiteboard functions and media playback without requiring an external computer for many activities.

Multi-screen mode allows compatible functions such as note-taking, video playback and web browsing to be displayed at the same time. Application compatibility may vary, and some apps may not support multi-window operation.

LG CreateBoard Share allows users to connect through the application or a supported web browser using a six-digit code. Presenters can share compatible computer or mobile-device screens and control presentations without remaining next to the board.

Optional AI-Assisted Features

LG CreateBoard AI can provide information searches, live captions and translations, as well as summaries of compatible locally stored video content. These tools can help participants follow lessons and identify important discussion points.

AI-generated results, captions, translations and summaries may contain errors and should be independently checked where accuracy is important. LG states that the AI service is free for one year after the service terms are accepted and changes to a paid service thereafter.

Clear Picture and Integrated Audio

The 55-inch VA panel presents content at a native resolution of 3840 × 2160 with typical brightness of 400 nits. Wide 178° viewing angles help participants see the board from different positions around a classroom or meeting room.

Front-facing 20 W stereo speakers and a 20 W subwoofer provide integrated audio for speech, media and conferencing. TÜV Rheinland flicker-free certification supports more comfortable extended viewing under the applicable test conditions.
