48TB Professional RAID Storage

The LaCie 2big Dock combines two 24TB Seagate IronWolf Pro enterprise-class hard drives to provide 48TB of raw storage capacity. The drives are designed for RAID environments and sustained professional workloads, making the system well suited to large photo libraries, high-resolution video projects, backups and demanding creative production workflows.

Hardware RAID Flexibility

Hardware-controlled RAID enables the storage configuration to be adapted according to workflow requirements. RAID 0 prioritises capacity and performance, while RAID 1 provides data redundancy by mirroring content across both drives. The system ships configured for RAID 0, and JBOD operation is also supported.

Up to 550MB/s Performance

Transfer speeds of up to 550MB/s provide the performance required for large media files and demanding professional workflows. Actual transfer rates depend on the selected RAID configuration, host hardware, interface and operating environment.

Dual Thunderbolt 3 Connectivity
