The Konftel Unite Adapter enables you to control your Konftel 300Wx or 300Mx conference phone via Bluetooth from a mobile device with the Konftel Unite app installed (free download available separately from the App Store or Google Play).

Plug the Konftel Unite Adapter into your conference phone and launch the Konftel Unite app on your mobile device. The app switches the operation of your conference phone from its keypad to the screen of your smartphone or tablet. Start pre-scheduled meetings with one click, call contacts and groups from your personal contact book, and control the phone's functions during the meeting.

Note that your mobile device connects with the conference phone via Bluetooth low energy. It is only used for control functions, not for audio transfer. Your mobile device does not make the actual call. Your Konftel conference phone takes care of that.

The Konftel Unite makes starting a telephone meeting effortless. You can enter meeting codes and relevant phone numbers at the same time as booking a meeting or sending out invitations. With One Touch Conferencing, one touch really is all it takes to start or join a meeting. Less stress, better meetings.

Let Your Mobile Phone Help Out

In addition to One Touch Conferencing, Konftel Unite enables you to use your personal contacts and calendars on your mobile phone. You get direct access to all your contacts, and you can create groups and favorites in the app to make starting up meetings even easier. You can also easily choose which calendar you want to sync the app to and pre-enter several PIN codes, depending on whether you're a moderator or a meeting participant.

Tablet or Mobile Phone Takes Control

Konftel Unite also allows you to control the conference phone itself from your smartphone or tablet during the meeting. You can raise or lower the volume, put participants on hold, or speak privately. Your smartphone or tablet thus becomes a natural and intuitive extension of your Konftel device.
