The Konftel 800 is an elegant and easy-to-use conference phone designed for crystal-clear audio in medium to extra-large conference rooms with 20+ participants. It connects to your local network and is powered via PoE, so there is no need to run a power line. The phone is compatible with most popular cloud-based and IP platforms. It also connects to a computer via USB for hybrid videoconferencing/telephone calls using your favorite video platforms.

The Konftel 800 features a color touchscreen interface that streamlines the process of starting and managing conference calls. Simple controls let you quickly switch between IP and USB connections. The line bridging function allows you to combine calls on a computer with calls on IP lines, while handling five-way calls. Connect a mobile phone or tablet via Bluetooth to switch the operation of the unit from the touchscreen to mobile device for easy, one-touch conferencing.

As the size of your meetings grows, the Konftel 800 can be connected to a pair of smart expansion microphones to increase the pickup range. For even larger meetings, up to three phones can be daisy chained to extend both the sound distribution and pickup range.

The unit is equipped with a Kensington lock so you can keep it secure in your conference room.

OmniSound Technology for Crystal-Clear Audio

The Konftel 800 utilizes proprietary OmniSound technology for clear and natural audio on both ends of the call. It features full-duplex transmission that's entirely free from sound clipping for more productive meetings with fluid conversation both ways.

The unit combines three digital MEMS microphones with echo cancellation, background noise suppression, and comfort noise generation to optimize speech intelligibility and allow people to move freely around the room, talk, and debate, while retaining great sound quality.

A full-range speaker provides powerful sound distribution to all participants.

Simple to Operate, Switch Between Lines, Bridge Lines

Designed with simplicity in mind, the Konftel 800 features a 4.3" color touchscreen with volume up/down and mute buttons in a layout that's familiar and easy to operate. It lets you quickly answer/make calls, hold calls, and navigate menus. Two more mute key buttons are located along the perimeter of the device for quick access.

The line selector enables you to switch between the IP phone lines and a computer/USB line to dial and connect calls using your preferred mode of connectivity.

The built-in bridging function handles five-way calls, which reduces the need for external bridging services.

Great-Sounding Distance Meetings with Videoconferencing

The Konftel 800 plays well with all your favorite VoIP and video conferencing platforms, offering HD audio transmission for Microsoft Teams, Skype, Cisco Webex, Zoom, Google Hangouts, Avaya IX Workplace, and Unify Circuit. Just connect the device to your macOS/Windows/Linux computer with the included USB cable.

The device is SIP-compatible and works in any SIP environment. It is optimized and certified for most leading communications platforms including Alcatel-Lucent, Avaya, Mitel, Broadsoft, Cisco, Shoretel, Swyx, Unify, Huavey, Innovaphone, NEC, and more.

You're in Control with the Konftel Unite App

Konftel Unite is an app that switches the operation of your Konftel 800 from the keypad to the screen of a mobile phone or tablet. Start pre-scheduled meetings with one click, call contacts and groups from your personal contact book, and control the phone's functions during the meeting.

Use NFC to quickly connect a mobile phone or tablet to the Konftel 800 via Bluetooth (controls only, not audio).

Konftel Unite can be downloaded from the App Store or Google Play for free.

Add Smart Expansion Microphones for Larger Meetings

Out of the box, the Konftel 800 covers meetings with up to 12 people. For larger meetings, you have the option to connect a pair of smart expansion microphones (available separately) to increase the pickup range of the phone and effectively cover up to 20 people in a room. The smart mics feature built-in echo and background-noise cancellation.

Daisy Chain up to Three Phones for Extra-Large Meetings

The daisy-chain feature extends both sound distribution and pickup range of the phone for maximum coverage, giving you rich and full audio, even in large rooms with more than 20 people. Up to three Konftel 800 devices can be daisy-chained with Konftel cables (available separately), without hassle and complexity.

Easy for the Administrator

The Konftel 800 can be configured and updated via the web interface or the company's own provisioning server.

The free ZTI (Zero Touch Installation) web service allows you to set up the 800 via Konftel's web portal before shipping, allowing for fast plug-and-play installation in your office.
