The Konftel 55Wx is a compact and easy-to-use battery-powered Bluetooth wireless conference phone. Its portable design gives you the freedom to hold meetings with up to 20 people wherever it's convenient for you—without worrying about network and power outlets. The phone uses NFC to quickly pair with your smartphone via Bluetooth for true wireless conferencing with crystal-clear audio.

The Konftel 55Wx also functions as a hub that allows you to connect an iOS/Android smartphone via an optional cable and a computer via USB for videoconferencing in meeting rooms, huddle rooms, collaboration areas, or even in unequipped conferencing spaces.

The Konftel 55Wx can also be used to transforms your IP desk phone into a conference phone using the Konftel Deskphone adapter (available separately). The rechargeable battery gives you up to 9 hours of talk time and it can be recharged with the included AC power adapter or via USB.

The phone features a color LCD touchscreen with simple controls that let you quickly switch between Bluetooth smartphone, USB, IP desk phone, and wired smartphone connections. The line bridging function allows you to combine calls on a computer with calls on the Bluetooth smartphone or desk phone lines. A built-in recorder enables you to record your meetings on an SD memory card and listen to them later.

As the size of your meetings grows, the 55Wx can be connected to a pair of expansion microphones to increase coverage. There is a port to connect an optional headset and the phone also supports Bluetooth headsets. The unit is equipped with a Kensington lock so you can keep it secure in your conference room.

The phone features full-duplex transmission that's entirely free from sound clipping, allowing for fluid conversation both ways.

The unit combines a hypersensitive, 360° sound pickup microphone with echo cancellation, background noise suppression, and an equalizer to optimize speech intelligibility and allow people to move freely around the room, talk, and debate, while retaining great sound quality.

The speaker provides powerful sound distribution to all participants.

Just connect the device to your macOS/Windows/Linux computer with the included USB cable.

Turn your IP Desk Phone into a Conference Phone

Connection to a desktop phone via a Konftel Deskphone adapter allows you to switch the audio between the handset the conference phone.

The line selector enables you to switch between Bluetooth/smartphone, USB, IP desk phone, and wired/smartphone lines to dial and connect calls using your preferred mode of connectivity.The line bridging function allows calls from two different types of phone systems to connect to each other—USB + Bluetooth/smartphone, USB + IP desk phone, Bluetooth/smartphone + IP desk phone.

Add Expansion Microphones for Larger Meetings

Out of the box, the Konftel 55Wx covers meeting with up to 12 people. For larger meetings, you have the option to connect a pair of expansion microphones (available separately) to increase the pickup range of the phone and effectively cover up to 20 people in a room.
