The JPL Vision Access is a compact Full HD USB webcam designed for professional video communication and Windows Hello facial recognition. It combines 1080p video at 30 fps with a dedicated infrared sensor for compatible Windows Hello authentication, an integrated omnidirectional microphone and a physical privacy lens cover. USB-A and USB-C connectivity, plug-and-play operation and flexible mounting options make it suitable for office, hybrid working and video conferencing applications.

Windows Hello Facial Recognition
The Vision Access incorporates a dedicated infrared camera system that enables Windows Hello facial recognition on compatible Windows computers. Once Windows Hello Face has been configured, the webcam can be used for facial authentication without relying solely on password entry. The camera can also operate as a conventional USB webcam when facial recognition is not required.
Full HD Video and Built-in Audio
The RGB camera provides Full HD 1920 × 1080 video at up to 30 frames per second through a glass lens with a 96° field of view. Automatic low-light correction helps optimise the image under changing lighting conditions, while the integrated omnidirectional microphone provides voice pickup at distances of up to 3 m. Automatic Echo Cancellation and Automatic Noise Suppression further support clear communication during online meetings.
Flexible Positioning and Privacy
The adjustable mounting system supports monitor, desk and tripod positioning, with full 360° camera rotation and up to 90° tilt for flexible framing. An integrated privacy lens cover can be moved over the camera when video is not required, while a built-in LED indicates when the camera is in use.
