Practical One-to-One Call Training

The BL-11+P allows a trainer or supervisor and a trainee or agent to connect compatible QD headsets to the same telephone connection. Both users can hear the conversation throughout the call, making the cable a practical solution for live call monitoring and one-to-one telephone training.

Rocker Switch Microphone Control

A rocker switch on the trainer section controls which microphone is muted. This allows the trainer to manage who speaks during the call while audio remains available through both connected headsets, providing greater control during coaching and supervised customer interactions.

PLX Quick Disconnect Connectivity

JPL's PLX Quick Disconnect technology is compatible with JPL and Plantronics QD corded headsets. The training cable connects to an appropriate QD bottom lead, which then provides the connection to the required desk phone, computer or communication system.
