For next-business-day delivery, the return material authorisation must normally be approved by 5:00 pm local time. Delivery times depend on the distance between the registered equipment location and an HPE Aruba Networking support hub. Geographic limitations and local service availability therefore apply.

Foundational Care software support provides access to technical documentation, applicable software updates, patches and feature information. It also includes remote troubleshooting for identifiable software issues, assistance with supported configuration parameters and basic guidance relating to software installation and updates.
