Two Transmitters, One Receiver

The 2TX and 1RX arrangement allows two camera feeds to work with a single receiver, reducing the number of receiving devices required in a multi-camera setup. This helps simplify cabling and supports better coordination between video sources during live production.

Long-Range, Low-Latency Transmission

The Cosmo C2 offers an advertised line-of-sight transmission range of up to 1,000 m, with latency starting at 33 ms. Actual performance may vary according to local regulations, obstructions, connected equipment and radio-frequency conditions.

HEVO 2.0 Frequency Hopping

Hollyland’s HEVO 2.0 technology monitors the surrounding wireless environment and seamlessly changes to a cleaner frequency channel when interference is detected. This helps maintain a more stable video signal in demanding production environments.

Flexible Live Streaming

The receiver supports UVC output for connection to a compatible computer using a suitable USB data cable, allowing the video feed to be used without a separate capture card. RTMP support enables direct streaming workflows, while NDI HX3 allows video to be incorporated into compatible network-based production systems through the receiver’s Ethernet connection.

HDMI and 3G-SDI Connectivity

Each transmitter provides HDMI and 3G-SDI inputs together with a 3G-SDI loop output. The receiver offers two HDMI outputs, two 3G-SDI outputs, USB-C and a 100 Mbps RJ45 Ethernet port, providing several ways to integrate the system with monitors, switchers, computers and network video equipment.

FPS Booster and Fractional Frame Rates

The receiver’s FPS Booster can convert compatible lower-frame-rate inputs, including 24p, 25p and 30p video, to a 60p output for smoother viewing. The feature is disabled by default and can be enabled when required. Support for fractional frame rates also makes the system easier to incorporate into established professional video workflows.

Versatile Power Options

The transmitters can run from a locking DC connection or compatible NP-F batteries, while the receiver supports locking DC power and compatible V-Mount batteries. Batteries are not listed among the supplied accessories.
