384 × 288 High-Sensitivity Thermal Imaging

The thermal channel uses a vanadium oxide uncooled focal plane array with 384 × 288 resolution, a 12μm pixel pitch and NETD of ≤20mK at 25°C, F1.0. This high thermal sensitivity allows the camera to detect small differences in temperature while maintaining effective surveillance where conventional visible-light imaging may be limited.

9.7mm Thermal Lens

This specific HM-TD2638-10/G1/T3Y configuration incorporates a 9.7mm F1.0 thermal lens with a 26.5° horizontal and 19.8° vertical field of view. The optical channel incorporates a 1/2.7-inch Progressive Scan CMOS sensor with a maximum resolution of 2688 × 1520 and a 6.4mm fixed lens. Minimum illumination reaches 0.0089 lux at F1.6 with AGC enabled, while integrated infrared illumination provides visibility at 0 lux over distances of up to 50 metres.

GUANLAN AI Perimeter Protection

Hikvision's GUANLAN Large-Scale AI Model is designed to extend human and vehicle detection distances while maintaining a very low false-alarm rate. Intelligent perimeter functions include line crossing, intrusion, region entrance and region exit detection, allowing the camera to focus security events on relevant targets.

Temperature, Fire and Smoking Detection

The HM-TD2638-10/G1/T3Y supports temperature exception alarms across a measurement range of -20°C to +150°C with specified accuracy of ±8°C. Dedicated fire and smoking detection algorithms provide additional early-warning capabilities for industrial facilities, solar farms and other critical environments.
