The Hikvision HM-TD2638-25/G0/T1Y is a thermal and optical bi-spectrum network bullet camera designed for perimeter protection, fire prevention and security monitoring in demanding environments. It combines a 384 × 288 thermal detector with a high-resolution optical channel, intelligent human and vehicle analysis, temperature exception alarms and dynamic fire detection, providing both thermal awareness and visible-light detail from a single network camera.

Thermal and Optical Bi-spectrum Monitoring

The HM-TD2638-25/G0/T1Y combines two complementary imaging technologies. Its thermal channel uses a 384 × 288 vanadium oxide detector and 25 mm lens, while the optical channel provides up to 2688 × 1520 resolution through a 12.4 mm lens. Bi-spectrum image fusion can overlay optical details onto the thermal channel, while picture-in-picture mode can display thermal information within the optical image.

Perimeter Protection and Fire Detection

Four VCA rule types are supported, including line crossing, intrusion, region entrance and region exiting, with up to eight VCA rules in total. Hikvision specifies smart-function ranges of up to 325 m for humans and 750 m for vehicles. The camera also supports dynamic fire detection for up to 10 fire points and temperature monitoring across points, areas and a line, making it suitable for security and fire-prevention applications.

Built for Demanding Environments

An IP67 weather-resistant, IK10 impact-resistant and NEMA 4X anti-corrosion housing helps protect the camera in challenging installations. The unit is specified for operation from -40°C to 70°C and also incorporates TVS 4000 V lightning protection, surge protection and voltage-transient protection.
