The Fanvil Y501 Series is a compact SIP healthcare intercom designed for home-based care, nursing homes and other indoor care environments. It supports emergency communication, everyday intercom calls, security-device integration and broadcasting applications, helping residents, patients and care teams communicate more efficiently.

Clear, Accessible Healthcare Communication

The intercom combines HD audio with three detachable DSS function buttons made from antibacterial material. The buttons can be configured for functions such as speed dial, emergency calling and call cancellation, providing straightforward access to commonly used actions.

Optional Wireless Emergency Calling

The Y501 Series supports compatible 433 MHz wireless buttons, allowing a user to initiate a call without standing next to the intercom. Up to ten compatible wireless buttons can be supported, making the system suitable for residents or patients with limited mobility.

Please note: The compatible 433 MHz wireless button is an optional accessory and must be purchased separately.

Security and Alarm Device Integration

A built-in short-circuit input and relay output allow the intercom to work with compatible external devices such as wired emergency buttons, sensors and alarm lights. This gives installers greater flexibility when incorporating the Y501 Series into a wider care or security system.

Flexible Network and Installation Options

All models provide 10/100 Mbps Ethernet connectivity and support PoE or a compatible 12 V DC power supply. Y501W and Y501W-E models also include 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Wi-Fi for installations where a wireless network connection is preferred.

Wall-mounted Y501 and Y501W models are available alongside Y501-E and Y501W-E versions designed for installation in a standard 86 box. The IP54-rated enclosure provides protection against limited dust ingress and water splashes for suitable indoor installations.
