The Fanvil PN24 is a 24-port 2-Wire PoE switch designed to help organisations introduce IP communications using suitable existing two-core wiring. It supplies network connectivity and power to compatible Fanvil 2-Wire devices through 24 RJ11 interfaces, reducing the need to replace established cabling during an upgrade.

With plug-and-play operation, a built-in wide-voltage power supply and transmission distances of up to 300 metres, the PN24 provides a practical central connection point for larger office, residential, hospitality and building-renovation projects.

Reuse Suitable Existing Wiring

The PN24 allows compatible Fanvil 2-Wire equipment to operate over suitable existing PSTN, Cat 5e or two-core wiring. Reusing installed cable can reduce the time, disruption and additional wiring required when moving from a legacy telephone system to an IP-based communication network.

Network and Power for 24 Connections

Twenty-four RJ11 interfaces provide network access and power for compatible Fanvil 2-Wire devices. A single 10/100 Mbps RJ45 uplink connects the PN24 to the wider network, providing a central deployment point for multi-room or multi-user installations.

Supported configurations include the Fanvil X303-2 Wire IP Phone. Fanvil’s PN1 converter can also be used in an appropriate 2-Wire solution to connect supported equipment with a standard RJ45 interface.

Up to 300 Metres of Transmission

The PN24 supports combined network and power transmission over distances of up to 300 metres when appropriate supported cabling is used. This reach can help connect devices across offices, apartment buildings, hotels, hospitals and other properties where endpoints are distributed over a wider area.

Flexible Power Modes

A built-in mode switch allows the installer to select between combined network-and-power delivery and network-only operation. This provides greater control when connecting equipment with different power requirements.

The integrated power supply accepts a 100–240 V AC input and provides up to 160 W of output, avoiding the need for a separate external power adapter.

Designed for Central Installations

The PN24 uses a galvanised steel enclosure and a compact 1U-height design. It can be placed on a suitable desktop or installed in a rack using the included mounting ears, making it suitable for central communications and equipment areas.
