The Fanvil A320i is a white IP and SIP nurse console phone designed for nursing homes, clinics, assisted-living centres and other healthcare environments. It provides caregivers with a central point for managing nurse calls, emergency events, two-way audio and video communication, paging and broadcasting. A 10.1-inch touchscreen, adjustable camera and gooseneck microphone help staff view, prioritise and respond to calls from compatible bedside stations and door phones.

Purpose-Built Healthcare Call Management

The A320i can receive and distinguish between normal nurse calls, nurse emergencies, toilet emergency calls, staff assistance requests, staff emergencies, Code Blue calls and staff-presence events. Incoming calls can be arranged by priority and displayed with room and call details, helping caregivers assess the type and urgency of each event.

Accessible Call Records

Support for unprocessed events, nurse-attendance information and call records gives staff a practical way to review previous activity. The console supports up to 10,000 call-log entries and a local phonebook containing up to 1,000 entries.

Video Communication and Door Phone Integration

The built-in camera, H.264 video support, HD audio and handset enable two-way audio and video communication with compatible bedside stations and door phones. When integrated with a compatible Fanvil door phone, staff can use video communication to verify a visitor and remotely control access from the console.

Centralised Device Configuration

Each nurse console phone supports up to 100 extensions, allowing compatible healthcare devices to be configured centrally from the host console. Fanvil also confirms support for its Device Link App, SIP-server deployments and compatible bedside stations registered to the master station.

Paging and Workflow Support

The A320i supports emergency announcements, zone broadcasting and paging to an individual device. Additional healthcare workflow functions include unattended operation, scheduled automatic unattended operation, screen sharing from the master station and support for the Fanvil CMD-01 corridor display.
