For centimeter-level positioning and mapping accuracy in professional applications with various enterprise-level DJI drones, look to the D-RTK 3 Multifunctional Station from DJI. The station has four external directional antennas and a built-in receiver module capable of receiving data from five major GNSS constellations across 19 frequency points. This resolves errors in GNSS reception for incredible precision. The system can also be used as a relay between remove and drone, extending the range to previously unreachable locations.

Drone Compatibility
As of this writing, the D-RTK 3 system is compatible with the following professional DJI drone platforms: Matrice 4/4D series, Matrice 3D/3TD, Matrice 300/350 RTK, Matrice 30 series, Mavic 3 Enterprise, Agras T60, T50/T25, T40/T20P agricultural drones, DJI FlyCart 30, and Inspire 3.
Multiple Modes
- Base Station Mode: Utilizing DJI's O4 Enterprise video transmission system, the four external directional antennas extend RTK coverage at up to 9.32 miles in all directions. Multiple drones can connect to the station for centimeter-level positioning.
- Rover Station Mode: When used with an additional unit as a base station, this system can act as a rover station, collecting control point coordinates to enhance the accuracy and precision of aerial surveying. This mode also supports Bluetooth 5.1 transmission and Android 10 or above devices.
- Relay Station Mode: Whether in urban areas or valleys, place the D-RTK 3 system at a high elevation to act as a relay between the remote and the drone. For example, the Matrice 4/4D series can see its range extended up to 15.5 miles. This mode also supports real-time calculations of obstructions and signal quality, prompting pilots on their remote so they can adjust the drone's position to optimize transmission quality.
Performance and Accuracy
This version of the D-RTK multifunction station uses air dielectric antennas with a filtering design, letting the D-RTK 3 system track low-elevation satellites. Also, antenna phase-center accuracy is maintained within millimeter-level fidelity for strong resistance to multipath interference in high-precision scenarios in complex environments.
Network High-Precision Calibration
The system can receive RTCM data and automatically obtain coordinates and correct positions through the network, resulting in centimeter-level positioning without pre-measuring the setup point location.
