The Dell ReadyRails 1U Sliding Rail Kit provides a practical mounting solution for compatible Dell systems installed in four-post racks. Its sliding design supports easier access to the mounted system, while tool-less installation in supported square-hole and unthreaded round-hole racks helps simplify deployment.
Flexible Rack Installation
ReadyRails supports tool-less mounting in four-post racks with square or unthreaded round mounting holes, including Dell rack systems. Installation in compatible four-post threaded racks is also supported when the required optional adapter bracket kit is used.
Sliding Access for Easier Servicing
The sliding rail mechanism allows the installed system to be extended from the rack, helping authorised technicians access compatible equipment more conveniently during inspection or maintenance.
Cable Management Options
An optional cable management arm can be fitted to either the left or right side of the sliding rails without tools. This provides deployment flexibility while helping to organise cables when the system is extended from the rack.
