The Dell PowerEdge R570 is a scalable and power-efficient 2U, single-socket rack server designed for virtualisation, database, analytics, file services and general-purpose data-centre workloads. This configured system combines a 16-core Intel Xeon 6 Performance 6511P processor with 32 GB registered ECC DDR5 memory, dual 960 GB enterprise SATA solid-state drives, a PERC H965i hardware RAID controller and dual-port 10GbE networking.
Enterprise management and security features include iDRAC10 Enterprise, Dell Connectivity Client, Secure Enterprise Key Manager 3.0 and Secured Component Verification. Dual 1100 W Titanium hot-plug power supplies provide 1+1 redundancy, while the included 2U combination rails simplify rack installation.

Its Intel Xeon 6 architecture, ECC DDR5 memory, enterprise storage controller and Gen5 PCIe expansion capability support dependable performance today while leaving room for future memory, storage, networking and accelerator upgrades.
Enterprise-Class Storage and RAID
The configured 3.5-inch chassis supports up to 12 SAS or SATA drives and is supplied with two 960 GB SATA read-intensive SSDs in 3.5-inch hybrid carriers. The PERC H965i hardware controller provides enterprise RAID functionality; this specific configuration is supplied with RAID left unconfigured so that the required storage policy can be applied during deployment.
Secure Remote Management
iDRAC10 Enterprise enables secure out-of-band monitoring, configuration and lifecycle management. Dell Connectivity Client and the Dell Connectivity Module support proactive service connectivity, while Secure Enterprise Key Manager 3.0 and Secured Component Verification strengthen platform security and supply-chain assurance.
