The DeepCool ASSASSIN VC ELITE is a dual-tower CPU air cooler designed for powerful Intel and AMD desktop processors. It combines a vapour-chamber-enhanced base, seven 6mm heat pipes and two black-coated fin-stack towers to distribute heat across a large cooling surface. Vapour-chamber-enhanced Base

The cold plate incorporates a planar vapour chamber that spreads heat across the base before transferring it into the seven heat pipes. This helps distribute thermal energy through both heatsink towers and provides a manufacturer-rated cooling capacity of up to 300W TDP under suitable operating conditions.

Dual-tower Cooling Design

Seven 6mm heat pipes move heat from the processor area into two large, black-coated fin arrays. The dual-tower construction provides a substantial dissipation surface, allowing the fans to move air through the heatsink while balancing cooling performance and acoustic output.

Performance and Quiet Modes

An integrated mode selector allows users to switch between Performance and Quiet operation. Performance mode provides higher fan speeds and airflow for demanding processor workloads, while Quiet mode limits fan output to reduce system noise during lighter use.

The position of the central 140mm fan also directs part of the airflow towards surrounding motherboard voltage-regulation components. An adjustable bracket is included for builders who want to add an optional third compatible fan.

Designed for Memory Clearance

The 120mm fan frame can be positioned at two different heights to suit different motherboard and memory layouts. DeepCool states unobstructed memory clearance on supported AMD AM4 and AM5 systems and supported mainstream Intel sockets. Intel LGA20XX installations support memory modules up to 63mm high.

Streamlined Installation

A magnetic top cover provides convenient access to the mounting area during installation. The package includes mounting hardware for supported Intel and AMD sockets, together with DeepCool DM9 thermal compound for creating the thermal interface between the processor and cooler.
