The Dahua IPC-HFW3441E-AS-S2 is a 4MP WizSense bullet network camera designed for intelligent monitoring of commercial premises, entrances, driveways, parking areas and other indoor or outdoor locations. Its wide-angle 2.8 mm fixed-focal lens provides a 107° horizontal field of view, while Starlight imaging, 120 dB Wide Dynamic Range and infrared illumination support surveillance across changing lighting conditions.

SMD 4.0, AI Scene Self-adaptation and human and vehicle classification help users focus on relevant activity. This AS model also provides a built-in microphone, external audio and alarm connections, three video streams, microSD recording, PoE installation and an IP67-rated metal enclosure.

Detailed 4MP Surveillance

The 1/2.9-inch CMOS sensor captures video at up to 2688 × 1520 resolution and 25 or 30 frames per second. This provides detailed footage with a smooth frame rate for monitoring entrances, movement routes and other important areas.

Wide-angle 2.8 mm Coverage

The fixed-focal 2.8 mm F1.4 lens provides a 107° horizontal, 56° vertical and 127° diagonal field of view. Its wide perspective is suited to areas where broad scene coverage is more important than a tightly focused view.

Human and Vehicle Classification

WizSense perimeter protection applies human and vehicle classification to supported tripwire and intrusion rules. SMD 4.0 categorises motion-detection targets and filters unrelated objects, helping operators concentrate on relevant human and vehicle events.

AI Scene Self-adaptation

AI Scene Self-adaptation can identify environmental conditions such as rain, fog, backlighting, low light and flicker. Supported image parameters are then adjusted to suit the detected scene conditions.

Low-light and Infrared Monitoring

The F1.4 lens and Starlight imaging system support colour operation down to a rated 0.005 lux. When available light falls further, the integrated infrared illuminator provides monitoring at distances of up to 50 metres.

Clearer High-contrast Images

True 120 dB Wide Dynamic Range helps retain detail when bright and dark areas appear in the same scene. Defog, Highlight Compensation, Backlight Compensation and 3D Noise Reduction provide additional options for managing difficult viewing conditions.

Integrated and External Audio

A built-in microphone captures audio alongside the video feed. The AS variant also provides one RCA audio input and one RCA audio output for integrating compatible external audio equipment.

Alarm-system Integration

One alarm input and one alarm output allow the AS variant to integrate with compatible external sensors and alarm devices. Supported event reporting includes external alarms, motion detection, video tampering, scene changes, audio detection, tripwire and intrusion events.

Flexible Recording and Installation

Three video streams support different recording and viewing requirements. Footage can be stored on a compatible microSD card with a capacity of up to 256 GB or sent to supported FTP, SFTP and NAS storage. Power can be supplied through 12 V DC or IEEE 802.3af PoE.
