Face Detection and Recognition

The recorder can detect, track, optimise and capture faces before comparing captured facial features against stored records. Up to 20 face databases containing a combined 20,000 images can be maintained, with a total face database capacity of 2.5GB. Supported face attributes include gender, age group, glasses, expression, face mask and beard.

AcuPick and Intelligent Search

AcuPick combines compatible front-end camera intelligence with recorder-side processing to improve searches through large volumes of recorded surveillance footage. The DHI-NVR5232-EI supports AcuPick on up to 32 channels, allowing operators to locate relevant targets more efficiently.

Flexible Dual-HDD Storage

Two SATA interfaces provide flexible local recording storage, with each drive bay supporting a hard disk of up to 20TB under Dahua's specified conditions.
