Creality Raptor X Wireless Scanner CR-RAPTORX
The Creality RaptorX is a wireless, metrology-grade 3D scanner developed for reverse engineering, dimensional inspection, product design, additive manufacturing and detailed digital capture. Its three scanning technologies combine 34 crossed blue laser lines, seven parallel blue laser lines and near-infrared structured light, allowing users to capture subjects ranging from small components to vehicles, people and larger objects.

With accuracy of up to 0.02 mm, Wi-Fi 6 wireless operation and several tracking options, the RaptorX provides a flexible scanning platform for workshops, design studios and engineering environments. The included Scan Bridge supports a more portable workflow and enables the Creality Scan interface to be mirrored on a compatible smartphone while the scanner communicates with a computer.
Key Features:
- Three scanning modes: Choose between 34 crossed blue laser lines, seven parallel blue laser lines and NIR structured light to suit different subjects and levels of detail.
- Accuracy up to 0.02 mm: Captures fine surface details for applications such as reverse engineering, inspection and digital reproduction.
- High-speed data capture: The crossed-laser mode records up to 1,020,000 measurements per second, while NIR capture reaches up to 3,580,000 measurements per second.
- Wireless scanning: The included Scan Bridge uses 5 GHz Wi-Fi 6 connectivity, reducing cable restrictions during handheld scanning.
- Small-to-large object capture: The available modes accommodate objects ranging from small 5 mm components to subjects measuring up to 4,000 mm.
- Colour and marker-free options: NIR geometry and texture tracking support marker-free capture of suitable objects, faces and bodies, while colour mapping is available across scanning workflows.
- Flexible data export: Export completed scan data in OBJ, STL, PLY or ASC formats for compatible modelling, inspection and 3D printing software.

Three Capture Technologies in One Scanner
34 Crossed Blue Laser Lines
The crossed-laser mode is designed for fast capture of medium and large components. It records up to 1,020,000 measurements per second and provides a wider capture area for applications such as automotive parts, industrial components, moulds and machinery. Reflective markers are required when scanning in crossed-laser mode.
Seven Parallel Blue Laser Lines
Parallel laser scanning focuses on fine local detail and supports accuracy of up to 0.02 mm. It is suited to smaller mechanical components, detailed surfaces and areas that need closer inspection. Reflective markers are required for this mode.
NIR Structured Light
Near-infrared structured light provides a larger working range and supports geometry, texture and marker tracking. Geometry or texture tracking can be used without reflective markers when the subject has sufficient shape or surface detail, making this mode useful for faces, bodies, sculptures and other larger subjects.

Wireless Freedom with Scan Bridge
The supplied Scan Bridge combines a wireless scanning handle, power source and 5 GHz Wi-Fi 6 connection. It communicates with Creality Scan software running on a compatible Windows or macOS computer, while wireless screen mirroring lets a compatible smartphone serve as a convenient handheld display.
The handle incorporates two 5,000 mAh lithium batteries and supports 30 W fast charging through its USB Type-C charging port. Creality specifies up to four hours of scanning time, although actual operating time will depend on the selected scanning mode and working conditions.

Designed for Practical Scanning Workflows:
- Reverse engineering of components and existing products.
- Dimensional inspection and full-size digital comparison.
- Automotive panels, components and replacement parts.
- Product development, prototyping and additive manufacturing.
- Digital capture of artwork, sculptures and cultural objects.
- Face and body scanning using near-infrared structured light.
- Creation of digital models for compatible CAD, inspection and 3D printing workflows.
Creality Scan Software
Creality Scan provides guided project creation, scan-mode selection, point-cloud processing, model editing, alignment and meshing. Completed data can be exported in common formats for further work in compatible design, inspection and manufacturing applications.
