The Canon imageFORMULA DR-S350NW is a high-speed network document scanner designed for busy office and workgroup environments. Featuring a 60-sheet automatic document feeder, duplex scanning at up to 100 images per minute, USB, Gigabit Ethernet and dual-band Wi-Fi connectivity, it supports flexible PC-based, browser-based and direct network scanning. Its Folio mode also allows folded A3 documents to be scanned and combined into a single image.

Fast Duplex Document Scanning

The DR-S350NW can scan black-and-white and greyscale documents at up to 50 pages per minute in simplex mode and 100 images per minute in duplex mode. The single-pass duplex system captures both sides of a document simultaneously for faster processing of multi-page jobs.

60-Sheet Automatic Document Feeder

A 60-sheet ADF supports efficient batch scanning of standard office documents. Automatic page-size detection, blank-page skipping, deskew and ultrasonic double-feed detection help streamline everyday document digitisation.

A3 Scanning with Folio Mode

Although the DR-S350NW is natively an A4 scanner, Canon Folio mode allows larger A3 documents to be folded in half and fed through the scanner. Both sides are scanned and automatically combined to create a single A3-size digital image.

4.3-inch Touchscreen Operation

The integrated 4.3-inch colour LCD touchscreen provides access to scan jobs, image previews, shortcuts and help guides. Frequently used workflows can be saved for quick one-touch operation.

Flexible Network Connectivity

USB 3.2, Gigabit Ethernet and dual-band Wi-Fi allow the scanner to be shared across different work environments. CaptureOnTouch Lite Web enables browser-based scanning without installing a local scanner driver on supported devices.

Direct Scan Workflows

Preconfigured jobs can send scanned documents directly to destinations such as email, shared network folders, printers, FTP, FTPS and SFTP without requiring a dedicated PC for each scan.

Versatile Media Handling

In addition to standard paper, the DR-S350NW can scan business cards, plastic ID cards and passports when used with the appropriate carrier sheet. Long Document Mode supports originals up to 5,588mm in length.

• Native maximum sheet width is 216mm, equivalent to A4 width.
• A3 documents require Folio mode and must be folded before scanning.
• Passport scanning requires the optional Canon Passport Carrier Sheet.
