All-Weather B-595 Vinyl

Brady B-595 is a durable low-shrink vinyl engineered for industrial identification in demanding environments. The material provides an average outdoor durability of 8-10 years under suitable conditions and withstands exposure to abrasion, chemicals, oils, water, UV light, grease, salt spray, cleaners, detergents and general industrial grime.

High-Tack Permanent Adhesive

The permanent acrylic adhesive provides strong adhesion across a wide variety of surfaces. Its pliable construction and aggressive adhesive make B-595 particularly useful for difficult applications, including powder-coated metal, painted cinder block, painted wood, textured plastic, paper-jacketed pipes and blow-moulded cases.

Wide Operating Temperature Range

B-595 vinyl is suitable for service temperatures ranging from approximately -40°C to 82°C and can be applied at temperatures as low as approximately -18°C. This makes the material suitable for identification applications exposed to a broad range of environmental conditions.

Continuous Industrial Identification

The continuous 50.8mm-wide tape allows labels to be printed and cut to the required length, providing flexibility for equipment identification, facility marking, electrical applications, pipe and valve identification, Lean and 5S programmes and warehouse marking.
