It comes with an ergonomic pilot that gives you full control over your softphone phone calls, allowing you to adjust the volume or mute the microphone right away, so you do not need to waste any time on operating the computer settings. As it is optimized for Skype for Business, you can also pick up or decline an incoming call, as well as hang up on an ongoing one, using corresponding buttons on the pilot. The status of an ongoing conversation and switched on mute is signalised with backlighting of the analogous buttons on the pilot.
