Bring Your Own Meeting (BYOM)

BYOM functionality enables presenters to host meetings from their own laptops while accessing compatible USB conferencing equipment connected to the ATEN presentation switch. This supports flexible hybrid meetings using applications such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom.

Full HD Wireless Screen Sharing

Share presentations, documents, spreadsheets and multimedia content at resolutions up to 1920 x 1080 at 60Hz. A dedicated sharing button provides convenient control over wireless content transmission.

USB Touchback Functionality

USB touchback allows presenters to interact with their laptops through compatible meeting-room touchscreens and interactive whiteboards. This supports presentations and collaboration without repeatedly returning to the connected computer.

Wireless USB Conferencing

The VP201 supports access to compatible meeting-room USB devices, including cameras, microphones and speakers, through the receiving ATEN presentation system. A dedicated conferencing control enables convenient switching of supported USB devices between presenters.
