The ASUSTOR LOCKERSTOR 6 Gen3 AS6806T is a six-bay network attached storage enclosure for businesses, creative teams and users managing growing digital libraries. An AMD Ryzen quad-core processor, 16GB of ECC DDR5 memory and dual 10GbE connectivity support shared storage, backups and demanding file workflows. Six SATA drive bays and four M.2 NVMe SSD slots provide flexibility to configure storage around your capacity and performance needs.

USB4 compatibility: The NAS does not support direct USB4 or Thunderbolt connection to a Windows PC or Mac. Access computer files over the network; USB4 is intended for supported external storage and supported NAS-to-NAS connections. Actual transfer speeds depend on the connected devices and configuration.

Snapshots, Archives and Cloud Backups

Snapshot Center supports Btrfs volume and iSCSI LUN snapshots to help restore data after unwanted changes. MyArchive turns compatible NAS hard drives into removable archives, while DataSync Center and Cloud Backup Center provide options for synchronisation and offsite backups. RAID can provide drive-failure protection with an appropriate configuration, but does not replace a separate backup.
