Designed for qualifying systems with an existing 3-year warranty, the package extends total coverage to 5 years / 60 months while maintaining Next Business Day On-Site Service and extending applicable coverage to the notebook battery. It is ideal for businesses seeking longer-term manufacturer support for both the notebook and its battery.

3-Year to 5-Year Warranty Extension

ACX15-035610NX extends the applicable warranty of a qualifying ASUS ExpertBook from 3 years / 36 months to 5 years / 60 months. This provides two additional years of manufacturer-backed support for eligible commercial notebook configurations.

Next Business Day On-Site Service

The package provides On-Site Service with a Next Business Day response level. Following initial diagnosis and creation of an ASUS support case, qualifying covered hardware incidents can be handled through the applicable ASUS On-Site Service programme. Actual attendance and repair completion remain subject to fault diagnosis, parts availability, geographic coverage and applicable ASUS service conditions.

Battery Coverage Included

Unlike a standard notebook warranty extension that may leave the battery under its original coverage period, ACX15-035610NX specifically includes battery coverage as part of the extended service package. This provides eligible systems with longer-term protection for both the notebook and its battery according to the applicable ASUS service terms.

Designed for ASUS ExpertBook

ACX15-035610NX is intended for eligible ASUS commercial notebooks in the NX service category. Exact-SKU documentation specifically associates the package with ExpertBook systems, including qualifying B1, B3, B5 and B9 configurations. Compatibility should be confirmed using the notebook model, serial number and existing warranty before purchasing or activating the service.

Registration and Eligibility

The warranty extension must be registered against an eligible ASUS notebook according to the applicable regional ASUS service requirements. Regional documentation may impose a defined activation period after purchasing the notebook, so the applicable registration deadline should be confirmed before purchase.

Electronic Service Entitlement

ACX15-035610NX is a warranty and support entitlement rather than a physical notebook accessory. No notebook, battery or replacement component is supplied as the purchased product itself.
