Features
Enhanced Toughness and Durability
Standard Resin V2 features an improved formulation designed to provide greater toughness than conventional standard resin. With elongation at break of 25-30%, printed models offer improved resistance to cracking, minor impacts and brittleness while maintaining excellent detail.
High-Precision Detail Reproduction
The resin captures intricate shapes, sharp edges and fine textures with excellent accuracy. Its controlled curing characteristics make it ideal for detailed miniatures, figurines, architectural models and decorative objects requiring precise surface definition.
Low Shrinkage and Dimensional Stability
With volumetric shrinkage of approximately 4.3-5.6%, Standard Resin V2 helps minimise deformation during curing. This supports consistent model dimensions and reduces the likelihood of warping or distortion in detailed printed objects.
Low-Viscosity Resin Formula
The low-viscosity formulation, rated at 250-350mPa.s at 25°C, promotes smooth resin flow across the printing vat. This supports consistent layer formation, effective resin replenishment and reliable printing performance.
Professional Black Finish
The deep Black colour provides a refined appearance for figurines, mechanical prototypes, display pieces and decorative models. Its smooth surface finish helps highlight model contours and provides a suitable foundation for additional finishing or painting.
365-405nm Printer Compatibility
Designed for UV-curing LCD/MSLA and DLP 3D printers operating within the 365-405nm wavelength range, Standard Resin V2 supports a wide selection of compatible printing systems, including supported Anycubic Photon series printers.
Optimised Exposure Performance
Anycubic recommends initial layer exposure times of approximately 20-40 seconds and normal layer exposure of 2.5-3 seconds. Actual exposure settings depend on the printer, UV light intensity, layer thickness and environmental conditions.
Reduced-Odour Formulation
The improved low-odour formulation helps minimise unpleasant smells compared with some conventional resins. Appropriate ventilation, protective equipment and safe resin handling remain essential during printing and post-processing.
Easy Cleaning and Post-Curing
Printed models should be cleaned using 95% isopropyl alcohol before UV post-curing. Anycubic recommends washing for at least three minutes, followed by suitable 405nm UV curing to develop the intended material properties.
Versatile Creative Applications
Suitable for miniature figures, architectural prototypes, sculptural pieces, display objects and detailed models, Standard Resin V2 combines accurate printing, improved durability and a professional Black finish for versatile creative applications.
- Shake the resin bottle thoroughly before use.
- Recommended printing environment: 20-40°C.
- Wear chemical-resistant gloves and eye protection.
