Features
Clean White Finish
Anycubic PC White delivers a neat, professional appearance suitable for technical prototypes, electronic enclosures and decorative components. Its neutral white colour is ideal for projects requiring a clean, uniform finish.
Engineering-Grade Polycarbonate
Designed for more demanding applications than standard PLA, this polycarbonate filament offers excellent strength and durability. It is suitable for producing functional parts, mechanical prototypes and structural components.
Excellent Impact Resistance
Anycubic PC offers high toughness and resistance to mechanical impacts. These characteristics make it suitable for protective housings, equipment accessories, drone components and other functional parts.
Superior Heat Resistance
With a manufacturer-specified heat deflection temperature of 110°C at 0.45MPa, this material provides improved thermal resistance compared with standard PLA. It is suitable for selected applications exposed to elevated temperatures.
High Mechanical Strength
Anycubic specifies a tensile strength of 65 ±6MPa and bending strength of 105 ±10MPa. These material properties support the production of durable components, although actual printed-part strength depends on design, orientation and printing settings.
Weather and UV Resistance
The polycarbonate formulation offers resistance to weathering and UV exposure, making it suitable for selected outdoor applications. Long-term performance depends on environmental conditions and the intended use.
Functional Engineering Applications
PC White is suitable for electronic housings, structural brackets, mechanical parts, automotive prototypes, protective covers and other components requiring strength and thermal stability.
Efficient Printing Performance
With recommended printing speeds of 40-250mm/s and a maximum volumetric flow rate of 12mm³/s, Anycubic PC supports efficient production on capable high-temperature printers. Actual performance depends on equipment and model requirements.
High-Temperature Printing Requirements
Polycarbonate requires significantly higher printing temperatures than PLA. A printer capable of reaching 270-290°C at the nozzle and 100-120°C at the heated bed is required. An enclosed printing environment is recommended to reduce warping.
Mandatory Filament Drying
Polycarbonate absorbs moisture, which can affect extrusion, surface quality and printed-part strength. Anycubic specifies drying at 80°C for 8-12 hours before printing to support consistent results.
Improved Build Plate Adhesion
A suitable build plate adhesive is required to help prevent lifting and warping. Always use an adhesive compatible with the printer's build surface and follow the manufacturer's recommendations.
Intelligent Filament Identification
Supported Anycubic ACE systems can recognise compatible filament information to simplify material setup. Automatic identification requires compatible hardware and does not replace the need to verify PC printing capability.
Reusable Filament Spool
The reusable spool features a threaded locking mechanism designed for stable handling and reduced filament tangling. Its reusable construction supports compatible refill applications.
Recommended Printing and Storage
- Recommended nozzle temperature: 270-290°C.
- Recommended heated bed temperature: 100-120°C.
- Recommended printing speed: 40-250mm/s.
- Recommended nozzle diameter: 0.2mm or larger.
- Drying before printing is required: 80°C for 8-12 hours.
