Features
Beautiful Translucent White Finish
Anycubic PC Translucent White produces smooth, semi-transparent prints with a subtle lustrous appearance. This distinctive finish is ideal for decorative objects, light-diffusing housings, artistic models and other applications where partial light transmission is desirable.
Engineering-Grade Polycarbonate
Manufactured using durable polycarbonate material, this filament delivers the strength and toughness required for demanding printing projects. It is suitable for functional components, engineering models and structural prototypes.
Excellent Impact Resistance
Anycubic PC is formulated to withstand mechanical impacts and demanding operating conditions. Its excellent toughness makes it a practical material for drone components, protective housings, robotic parts and functional accessories.
Superior Heat Resistance
With a heat deflection temperature of 110°C at 0.45MPa, Anycubic PC offers substantially better heat resistance than standard PLA. This helps printed components maintain their shape in suitable applications involving elevated temperatures.
High Mechanical Strength
Featuring a manufacturer-specified tensile strength of 65 ±6MPa and bending strength of 105 ±10MPa, the material supports the production of durable mechanical and functional parts. Actual printed-part strength depends on design and printing settings.
Weather and UV Resistance
Anycubic PC offers resistance to outdoor environmental conditions, including UV exposure. This makes it suitable for selected outdoor fixtures, accessories and components requiring additional weather durability.
Smooth Printed Surfaces
The specialised polycarbonate formulation supports consistent extrusion and strong layer adhesion. This helps produce smooth-looking prints with reliable dimensional characteristics when used on properly configured equipment.
Ideal for Lighting Applications
The Translucent White finish allows some light to pass through printed surfaces, making it suitable for decorative lighting accessories, lamp shades and light-diffusing enclosures. Transparency varies according to wall thickness, infill and print settings.
Functional Engineering Applications
The combination of strength, toughness and thermal stability makes this filament suitable for brackets, technical prototypes, mechanical housings, outdoor accessories and other demanding printed components.
Efficient Printing Performance
With a recommended printing speed of 40-250mm/s and a maximum volumetric flow rate of 12mm³/s, Anycubic PC supports efficient printing on capable equipment. Actual printing speed depends on the printer, hotend and model requirements.
High-Temperature Printing Requirements
Polycarbonate requires significantly higher printing temperatures than PLA. A suitable printer must support nozzle temperatures of 270-290°C and heated bed temperatures of 100-120°C. An enclosed printing environment is recommended to help minimise warping.
Mandatory Filament Drying
PC filament absorbs moisture, which can affect extrusion quality and mechanical strength. Anycubic requires drying at 80°C for 8-12 hours before printing to achieve reliable results.
Build Plate Adhesion
Strong first-layer adhesion helps reduce lifting and warping during printing. Anycubic specifies using an appropriate build plate adhesive for PC filament.
Intelligent Filament Identification
Supported Anycubic ACE systems can identify compatible filament through intelligent recognition technology, simplifying material setup. Compatibility depends on the printer and filament management system.
Reusable Filament Spool
The reusable spool features a secure locking design for convenient material handling and storage. Its reusable construction also supports compatible filament refill applications.
