The Ajax NVR HAC (16-ch) is a 16-channel network video recorder designed to bring Ajax cameras and compatible third-party IP cameras together in a unified video surveillance system. 16-Channel Video Surveillance

The NVR HAC (16-ch) provides 16 video channels for connecting compatible IP cameras. This makes it suitable for homes, offices, retail environments and commercial sites requiring centralised management of multiple surveillance cameras.

Ajax and Third-Party Camera Integration

The recorder integrates Ajax video devices into the wider Ajax security ecosystem while also supporting compatible third-party IP cameras through ONVIF and RTSP. This provides flexibility when expanding an existing surveillance installation or combining compatible cameras from different systems.

High-Resolution Recording

Recording resolutions up to 12 MP are supported, allowing the NVR to work with high-resolution compatible cameras. Supported recording resolutions include 12 MP, 8 MP, 6 MP, 5 MP, 4 MP, 3 MP, 1080p and lower resolutions.

Efficient Video Decoding

Support for H.265 and H.264 provides efficient video compression for compatible camera streams, while Ajax JetSparrow technology is also supported. The recorder can decode multiple video streams simultaneously, with capability depending on the resolution of the connected cameras.

Up to 16 TB Local Storage

A single SATA interface accepts a compatible 3.5-inch hard drive with a capacity of up to 16 TB. This provides substantial local storage for recorded surveillance footage. The hard drive is not included and must be selected separately according to the required recording capacity.

Local and Remote Video Access

Live and archived footage can be accessed through Ajax apps, while the integrated HDMI output allows a compatible display to be connected directly to the recorder for local monitoring. This provides flexible surveillance access both on-site and remotely.
