Features

Wireless Screen Sharing

Airtame allows participants to share content wirelessly from compatible laptops, tablets and smartphones to the room display. Users can present full screens, application windows or browser content without relying on permanent HDMI cabling.

Built-In Hybrid Video Conferencing

The Hybrid licence enables Airtame 3 to run supported video meetings directly on the room device using connected USB cameras, microphones and speakers. Users can launch meetings on Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet and Webex while controlling the experience from their personal device.

Dual 4K Display Support

Two HDMI 2.0 outputs enable dual-screen room configurations with resolutions up to 4K. This allows compatible conferencing setups to display participants and shared content across separate screens for a more natural meeting experience.

Digital Signage

When the room is not in use for meetings or presentations, Airtame 3 can display scheduled digital signage content such as dashboards, announcements, presentations and other supported information.

Flexible USB Peripheral Support

Dual USB-A ports and a USB-C connection allow compatible cameras, microphones, speakerphones and other conferencing peripherals to connect directly to the Airtame 3 hardware.

Wi-Fi 6E and PoE+

Wi-Fi 6E provides modern wireless networking while the built-in Gigabit Ethernet interface supports PoE+, allowing compatible network infrastructure to deliver both data and power over a single Ethernet cable.

Centralised Airtame Cloud Management

Airtame Cloud gives IT administrators remote access to deployed devices for configuration, grouping, status monitoring, firmware updates, reboot and sleep scheduling, offline alerts and zero-touch deployment.
